"Say you love me"

That night, he suddenly said "say you love me".

I was abit surprised to hear that.
We both, hasn't said the 3 words to each other verbally all these while though we did text it out to each other. Even when he does texted me, he will just text "love you".

What's the difference between "I love you" and "love you" ?
Well, to me, there might be a difference.

"I love you" is telling and admitting to the other person that "Yes, I am the one who love you"

whereas,

"love you" is making the other person doubt, "who love me?" because there is no identity infront.

I gladly said "I love you" and he said to me, "I love you too". That is if I do remember correctly there is a "I" in front. :p
