Happy Birhday Poh Lay

11th Nov 2011.
Peck Sia was just telling me today is all "1".
Ya and I told her about my "story" behind this 11.11.11.

She goes "awwwww"....
And I told her "you all maybe...might just, could be attending my wedding today" and with that, the both of us burst out laughing.
I guess this is life.
We cry over things and looking back, we laugh over it.

Just a year ago, Poh Lay told me her birthday would be special next year (her birthday is 11th Nov) and she was so happy and looking forward to it.
That me then, was full of anguish about this day and had wondered how am I going to cope when this day comes.

Fret not. I believe it's a blessing. :)
And Yes, happy birthday Poh Lay. ;)

Smell

I like to smell him.
That morning he said "you are smelling me again".
I want to register his smell in me so that one day if I get lost, I can find my way back to him with his smell.

We were all invited to Debra's wedding however, none of us are attending. So, out of courtesy, we got to get a little something for her.

Peck Sia picked up a marriage certificate scroll for her. I was assigned to write the card. If you would have noticed, the "congratulations" was "liquided" in between. How very sincere of me isn't it that I couldn't even spell "congratulations" correctly.

Jeremy brought us to Avalon last friday. His friend was spinning there and so we went in free. But the drinks aren't. One of these, Red Bull and Vodka costs $20! so awfully expensive. But the good thing is,I am not the one paying. :p

We were so underdressed. The clubbers there were so sophiscated and well dressed. We were in t-shirts, jeans and I am in only a plain dress. But Jeremy said the three of us are the "most real" there. Ha...Crap.

Longflat Moscato and Instant Pumpkin and Corn Porridge. Weird combination but both tastes good. Longflat, is sweeter than Anvers. Think it's because of its lower alcohol content. The best part is that it's cheaper than Anvers, less than $20. Uncle said we can try only those less than $20.

Xiao Hui's 30th

Had a tiny little celebration for Xiao Hui's 30th birthday just now. We had dinner at our usual xiao long bao place and then hop to TCC for strawberry cake.

Seriously, I realised I cannot live without xiao long bao. Just the other day, Hwee was asking me what's my favourite food and I couldn't name any except chicken wing.



Made a little last minute scrap book thing for her. Though it looks abit like what I did for Hwee's birthday but her's is a lot nicer! My creative juices has run dry lah.

Christmas, would be a big project. It has to be something different from what I have did before. Scouting for ideas now. :)
